短間隙真空電擊穿特性研究

摘要:柔性直流輸電由于其工作條件的限制,要求其旁路開關的觸頭間隙較小。真空滅弧室具有體積小、安全、環境友好、電弧不易外露、宜于頻繁工作運行、使用壽命較長等優勢,成為在國內柔直輸電系統旁路開關的典型應用。首先,本文根據實際工況搭建了真空實驗平臺,研究真空滅弧室非理想觸頭表面電擊穿規律。其次,通過對實驗中出現的現象與規律進行分析得出導致短間隙真空擊穿的主要原因。最后,通過對霍爾姆力的分析驗證結論的正確性。

Characteristics of Electrical Breakdown in Short Vacuum Gaps
Abstract:Due to the limitation of its working conditions, the contacts gap of bypass switch is required to be small. Vacuum interrupter has the advantages of small volume, safety, environmental friendliness, not easy to expose the arc, suitable for frequent operation and long service life. It has become a typical application of bypass switch in flexible direct transmission system in China. Firstly, a vacuum experimental platform is built according to the actual working conditions to study the electrical breakdown law of the non ideal contact surface of the vacuum interrupter. Secondly, by analyzing the phenomena and laws in the experiment, the main causes of short gap vacuum breakdown are obtained. Finally, the correctness of the conclusion is verified by the analysis of holm force.
