3,4,6-O位硫酸化糖納米粒子抑制B16細胞生長研究

摘要:為了闡明糖納米粒子表面結構對其抑制癌細胞生長活性的影響,本文首先準確合成了3,4,6-O位硫酸化的N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖,之后將其修飾到熒光二氧化硅納米粒子表面,得到了兩種具有不同糖單元密度的糖納米粒子。實驗結果顯示,得到的糖納米粒子形貌均一,在水中的粒徑為97 nm左右。其中,糖單元密度高的糖納米粒子具有對B16細胞更強的抑制作用,而密度低的糖納米粒子不僅能抑制B16細胞生長,還具有對3T3細胞選擇性的保護作用。

Study of 3,4,6-O sulfated glyconanoparticles for B16 cell growth inhibition
Abstract:This study aims to investigate the effect of the surface structure of glyconanoparticles on their cancer cell inhibition activity. The 3,4,6-O sulfated N-acetylglucosamine was synthesized and modified onto fluorescent silica nanoparticles to obtain two kinds of glyconanoparticles, which have different glycosyl density on the surface. The results show that the glyconanoparticles have homogeneous morphology, and their average particle size is about 97 nm in water. Among them, the glyconanoparticles with higher glycosyl density show stronger inhibitory effect on B16 cells growth. Meanwhile, the lower glycosyl density ones show not only B16 inhibition activity, but also selectively protective effect on 3T3 cells.
